Who we are
This website belongs to Grand Massage & Beauty, Şahkulu Mah. Tımarcı Sk. No:3/c, 34000 Beyoğlu / İstanbul, Türkiye (“we”). We process personal data in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, for visitors from the European Union, the GDPR.
What data we collect
This website has no forms and no user accounts. We only receive your personal data when you contact us yourself — by WhatsApp, phone or Instagram. In that case we process your name, phone number and the content of your message solely to answer you and to manage your appointment.
Cookies and measurement
With your consent we use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors use the site and how well our ads perform (for example, how many people tap the WhatsApp button). These services may set cookies and process your IP address and device information. Without consent, no measurement or advertising cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with the button at the bottom of this page.
Google Maps
The map on our contact section is loaded from Google only after you click “Show map”. Google then receives your IP address.
How long we keep data
WhatsApp conversations and appointment details are kept for as long as needed for your visit and our legal obligations. Measurement data is kept according to the retention settings of Google’s services (maximum 14 months).
